Cathie Wood’s ARK Invest posted its daily ETF trade disclosures for February 17, 2026, revealing a mix of buys and sells spanning semiconductors, crypto, and biotech.
The session’s largest single trade was a sell. ARK offloaded 43,586 shares of Teradyne, a test-and-measurement equipment company, for approximately $13.3 million. Teradyne stock closed down 2.9% on the day, pulling back after a post-earnings rally at the start of February.
ARK purchased 24,205 shares of Broadcom for around $8 million. Broadcom stock gained 2.3% on the day, buoyed by growing confidence in custom AI chip manufacturers.
ARK Picks Up AMD and Coinbase Shares
ARK bought 30,139 shares of Advanced Micro Devices for roughly $6.1 million. AMD closed down 2% following reports of potential delays to its Instinct MI455X accelerator chips.
The stock fell an additional 2.3% in after-hours trading after Nvidia and Meta announced an expanded multiyear AI infrastructure partnership.
ARK added 41,453 shares of Coinbase for around $6.9 million. Coinbase stock closed up 1% on the day even after Mizuho Securities slashed its price target from $280 to $170. Mizuho cited a preference for Robinhood as its top pick during the current Bitcoin price downturn.
Twist Bioscience Sold on 52-Week High
ARK sold 119,374 shares of Twist Bioscience for around $6.3 million. The sale came on the same day Twist shares climbed to a 52-week high of $53.42, a gain of 7.7%.
The rally was driven by a licensing agreement with Invenra, which named Twist as co-exclusive provider of its B-Body bispecific antibody platform. Twist will collect all associated revenue and receive a 6% equity stake in Invenra.
ARK sold into the strength, exiting the position near the day’s peak.
Other ARK Trades on February 17
ARK added 84,663 shares of CRISPR Therapeutics for approximately $4.5 million, continuing to build its biotech exposure.
The fund trimmed 57,769 shares of Pinterest for around $891,000 and sold 15,711 shares of Airbnb for roughly $1.9 million.
ARK also sold 103,617 shares of PagerDuty for $719,000 and made smaller purchases in Tharimmune, Kodiak AI, and Brera Holdings.
Further sells included positions in Discovery Ltd and Kaspi.kz.
AMD ended the regular session down 2% on February 17, then fell another 2.3% in extended trading following the Nvidia and Meta partnership announcement.
