Shares of Ondas Holdings (ONDS) climbed 8.4% during Monday’s trading session, finishing at $10.90, following the autonomous systems manufacturer’s impressive fourth-quarter financial results and substantially elevated 2026 revenue projections.
The company delivered fourth-quarter revenue of $30.1 million — representing a massive 634% increase compared to the prior-year period. Annual revenue for fiscal 2025 expanded 604% to $50.7 million, surpassing Wall Street’s consensus forecast of $48.6 million.
Despite the revenue momentum, the company’s Q4 net loss expanded to $101 million from $10.3 million in the year-ago quarter. The adjusted net loss for the complete 2025 fiscal year registered at 62 cents per share, falling short of analyst projections for a 25-cent loss.
However, market participants appeared to discount the near-term losses, instead emphasizing the company’s robust forward outlook. Ondas substantially increased its fiscal 2026 revenue projection to a minimum of $375 million — representing more than a twofold increase from its earlier guidance range of $170 million to $180 million.
Monday’s closing price of $10.90 valued the company at approximately $4.64 billion in market capitalization.
Strategic Palantir Collaboration and World View Acquisition
On March 11, Ondas and Palantir (PLTR) revealed a strategic alliance to incorporate Palantir’s Foundry platform within Ondas’ autonomous drone technologies. Chief Executive Erik Brock stated the collaboration “positions Ondas at the center of next-generation, multi-domain operational environments.”
Palantir shares advanced 6.74% on Monday.
Additionally, Ondas reached an agreement to purchase World View, a company specializing in stratospheric sensing capabilities, for $150 million through a predominantly equity-based transaction. This acquisition aims to enhance its aerial and terrestrial autonomous platforms with sustained high-altitude surveillance and sensing features.
Management emphasized a pro forma cash balance of $1.5 billion following completion of the transaction.
Growing Defense Sector Demand Drives Order Momentum
Earlier in March, Ondas disclosed receiving several orders totaling approximately $6 million for counter-unmanned aircraft systems from defense and homeland security clients across the Middle East and additional international markets.
The company’s current backlog stands at $68.3 million, with management indicating that the majority of anticipated 2026 expansion will originate from its autonomous systems division.
For the first quarter of fiscal 2026, Ondas is forecasting revenue between $38 million and $40 million — signaling roughly 820% growth versus the comparable quarter last year.
The iShares U.S. Aerospace & Defense ETF advanced 0.3% to $223.29 during Monday’s session. Drone industry competitor AeroVironment increased 4.3% on fresh contract announcements, while recently public defense company Karman Holdings gained 3% to reach $102.40.
Ondas is scheduled to conduct its earnings conference call on Wednesday.
